Sparkly Flower Vase

Simply fill a glass vase with water and toss in some sequins or glitter to make this surreal look. Add a pretty flower and you now have a sparkly flower vase

Pencil Eraser Triangle Stamp

this idea is from here

Trace a triangle shape or any shape onto an pencil eraser and then cut it out using a scalpel. Use an ink pad to blot the eraser stamp with color and stamp it onto a surface.

Pandas Rock

this idea is from here

Need: 2 large rocks and 2 smaller rocks.
Paint one of the larger rocks as the body of the panda. You can follow the picture above or use your own model. Then the next medium/big rock, paint as the face. Give it two small white eyes surrounded by black patches a pink nose. Next paint the 2 small rocks black for the ears of the panda. Glue all the rocks together  to create a rock panda :)

Baked Marbles

Find some glass marbles and then bake them in an oven at 350 degrees. Once the marble is thoroughly cracked, you can make pendants out of them by following the instructions connected to the link or keep them as simple trinkets. 

DIY: The Rainbow Edition

Going on to Pinterest is literally my inspiration. These days I've been finding so many DIY projects that are a must do!! But these four projects have something in common; they all involve the colors of the rainbow :) Here they are!

Making Totoro(s)

I was on my Pinterest today, looking for more things to pin, when I realized..I have a lot of making Totoro tutorials! I think I'm obsessed or something..But I've decided to make a spot for them on here :) Now they can all be together and I can maybe make all of them one day ^^

Totoro #1

This Totoro is a basic sewing & stitch pattern. You cut out the pieces from fabric or felt, there are even printable patterns to follow, and then you stitch them together! I think this Totoro will be really easy to make :) It's from cheek and stitch and guess what! She has other Totoro tutorials too :D

Ice Cream Balloons!

This is the cutest idea!! ~ice cream balloons! I must make these for my friend's mini sweet 16 party this sunday! I love it ❤

The how to from the link is the blogger's take on a picture from pinterest~ I really don't think these are hard to make. So take a chance and try to make them on your own! I would first, get some pastel colored balloons, then some light brown cardboard paper; roll the paper into a cone shape, tape it; attach string to the end of the balloon, put end of string through tip of cone and wah~lah! Your ice cream balloon :) 

You could probably, most definitely decorate it too. Paste or tape different colors of circles you punched out with a hole puncher or use some dark brown felt to make syrup. I don't know if it would stay up though...hm, something to try out :) 

The next question is, do you think you could make a sundae? Triple/Double-scoop cone? Banana split? Time to get creative ^^

DIY: Macaron Coin Purse

DIY: Scrapbook of Letters

Stocked up in my room right now I have a big gift bag, the one used for really big presents, stuffed with letters, envelopes, notes, gift tags and etc. It's starting to become a hassle. Every year, especially during Christmas and my birthday, the collection grows bigger and bigger and right now its literally to the brim. I just couldn't throw them out! How can you throw out little pieces of your history with notes from your friends or holiday greetings from your late grandfather? So that's how my pack rat nature extended to keeping cards and notes. I'm such a big pack rat; heck, I even keep wrapping paper with snowmen on it if I think it's cute. Luckily I've found a solution (: I came across a pin on pinterest about putting letters together in a scrapbook and it led me to this website. They're all really good ideas for what to do with kept letters and cards, but I really like the scrapbook or journal idea. All you do is hole punch the postcards, letters, and greeting cards you get and you put them together in a mini ring binder! It's such a cute idea, and this is how simplemom.net, the website, did it:

Here are some of my ideas on it though:
For the covers you could probably use thick paper of maybe even cardboard, then attach some those ring things (forget what they're called). But also if you don't feel like getting all crafty with the cover, here's something from staples you can use. I recently got some stuff from staples for school (xP good lord. school) and even before now I always see this mini binder there. Every single time I pick it up, think it's the most adorable thing ever, say I need to get it, but I put it down and say next time. It hasn't happened yet, but maybe this can be an excuse to get it  now!

Here's a picture of it~ You can't really get a good idea on the size though...I would just go to staples and look for it. It's pretty much in plain sight at the binder section and if you have been to Staples lately you probably know what I'm talking about (:

DIY: TOMs Sandals

I don't think I've ever actually had any of my shoes get worn out but TOMS...they get worn down easily. What to do with all those shoes you wore so much?? What a waste...but here's a solution! 

MAKE THEM INTO SANDALS :D 

They still look really cute, and it's not that hard. Just take some fabric scissors, and its history from there~ You should probably start cutting out the worn out parts first though and then you can pretty much design the look yourself. Here's an example:

I think they're a really cute pair of shoes~ Maybe TOMS will make a new line of sandals~ so try it out! And you can probably try this with any other pair of shoes too (:

DIY: Collection of Beach Treasures

Have you gone to the beach? If you haven't I would go soon~ it's summer! and the beach is definitely the place to be. But if you have~ well here's a little diy project for you to do...

If you collect shells, rocks, seaglass, little tidbits and oddthings here and there on the shore then you can put them all together with this collage sort of project!

It's a really cute idea and it's from the Martha Stewart website (link here) I really must do this soon, especially since I have time since its summer break and I have so many things from the beach I don't know what to do with! I  collected shells from the shore a couple weeks ago and put them in my bag...That wasn't a good idea. I forgot about all the shells until like a few days..no actually a week later and what do i find? Shell dust, fragments, and a whole lot of sand. Still got to clean that out. But now I can probably put all of them together, even if they are broken pieces, in this scrapbox. And not all of them are broken, some actually survived :) When I finally make one of these I'll post a picture, but try this if you have things from the beach that you have no idea what to do with. They were pretty at the beach but at home....what to do with them (:
